Tandoori Chicken  Recipe


Chicken: 1 1/2 kg 

Lemon: 4 pcs 
Yogurt: 1 cup 
White Vinegar: 1/2 cup 
Food Color: one pinch 
Crushed Red Chili: 1 tsp 
Crushed Black Pepper: 1 tsp 
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp 
Tandoori Chicken Masala: 2-3 tbsps 
Oil: as required 
Salt: as per taste



How to make Tandoori Chicken Masala

1.Wash chicken pieces and mix with vinegar and yellow food color in a bowl. 

2.Mix in another bowl: yogurt, crushed red chili, crushed black pepper, ginger garlic paste, tandoori chicken masala and salt together. 

3.Coat the chicken with the mixture you just prepared. 

4.Put chicken pieces into a deep skillet along yogurt mixture. 

5.Squeeze 4 lemons juice on the chicken and cover skillet. Cook on low heat. 

6.Once the water is about to dry, remove the chicken and deep fry until it turns golden brown in color. Now place the chicken on a baking tray, brush with oil and squeeze juice of one lemon on the chicken. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. 

7.Tandoori Chicken Masala is ready to serve.
